Lefevre Joins ABC’s “Off The Map”

According to Deadline Hollywood, former Twilight co-star Rachelle Lefevre has joined the cast of the Shonda Rhimes-produced new ABC medical drama Off the Map as a regular. Additionally, AMC officially announced the casting of Michael Rooker (Jumper) and Norman Reedus (The Boondock Saints) in its upcoming series The Walking Dead and gave details about their characters. On Off the Map, Lefevre will play a new character, a young doctor, on the series created by Jenna Bans, which is set at a understaffed, under-stocked medical clinic in South America founded by a top American surgeon (Martin Henderson). Co-starring on the series, which is slated to launch in midseason behind Desperate Housewives, are Caroline Dhavernas, Enrique Murciano, Mamie Gummer, Jason George, Valerie Cruz and Jose Julian.

This little gem from 2008 is still awaiting a DVD release in the USA (it was in theatres in December 2009 for a limited release). Starring Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Evans, ”The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond” has had a DVD release in Europe, including Spain and Denmark. Being able to obtain a copy from there, you can now find screencaptures in the Image Library – with some additions to the video archive coming soon.

Over 500 captures have been added to the Image Libary. In the romantic sports comedy, Mamie is among Hugh Dancy’s circle of friends.
